Wrest Point Hotel & Casino is located in Hobart, Tasmania, is Australia's first casino. It offers luxury rooms and suites, many with river views, along with award-winning restaurants and a premium spa. The casino features various table games and electronic machines. The hotel also provides state-of-the-art conference facilities, live shows, and leisure activities, making it ideal for both business and leisure travellers.
Federal Group recognised that automated email journeys were a missing touch point for their guests. They were looking into fully utilising their guest database by targeted email marketing journeys. Their digital creative assets were not representing the full potential of their hotel and F&B outlets.
We re-imagined and refreshed email journeys to retain existing guests and boost repeat direct bookings. We created pre and post arrival email templates with targeted offerings and streamlined brand presence across websites, EDMs and other marketing channels.
